I am a graduate of Emory University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Economics. However, my interests are multifaceted and include history, religion, and politics. I am currently in the process of applying to medical school and graduate programs in public policy and international affairs. I have had experience in tutoring test prep and many pre-med prerequisite courses, especially biochemistry and organic chemistry. For the most part, I find that students enjoy learning material (especially the minutia of many scientific disciplines) when they understand how a certain discovery or phenomenon retains its significance at a macroscopic level--when they learn the "real-world" applications of specific concepts, students tend to appreciate the knowledge more. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy playing basketball, tennis, trivia, quizbowl, reading fantasy fiction, and watching Game of Thrones ad nauseam.
