I've always loved learning and teaching, and I truly believe that every student should have the opportunity for academic success. I went to Williams College and earned a bachelor's degree in history, and I'm looking forward to studying medicine at Mount Sinai Medical School. I've experience as a tutor, and I've been a TA for ELL students. I've also had the opportunity to teach English abroad in Tanzania. I know that every student learns differently, so I have open communication with my students and the way I teach helps students learn effectively and reach their goals. Tutoring is great way to help a student become confident. I share my knowledge and energy with students to help them succeed. I'm looking forward to helping students learn essay writing and editing, English grammar and syntax, literature, American history, government, and comparative literature, or helping students prepare for the SAT, SSAT, and other standardized admissions and assessment exams. In my free time, I like to run, hike, travel, bake, and cook.
