I am a current Biochemistry PhD student at Emory University who is originally from Richmond, Virginia. I do have a BS in Biology from the University of Virginia and I am able to help with many levels of science and math courses, as well as test prep. I have worked hard as a resident adviser, and have helped many students with their educational needs ranging from Chemistry to organizational skills. Currently, I have found myself working hard as a tutor and as an assistant teacher. Many of my students are taking Emory University Pharmacology courses.Within my tutoring lessons, I create simple problems that my students can use in order to further their skill set. I have found that using examples found in the real world allow my tutoring students to gain a better grasp on the material that they are studying. Even science and math, no matter how difficult they seem to be, can be easy to get through when the logic and reason behind it is first understood.When I do have free time, I enjoy running at the Atlanta Track Club, cooking, watching baseball, enjoying warm outdoor weather, and spending quality time with my closest friends.
